We recently changed our name, we are now doing business as, "Tempe Spine & Disc" Why the name change you ask? After suffering a major vehicle accident, Dr. Richetto decided to expand the practice to offer more of the services which helped him single handedly get back to work. Most of these modalities are NON-Chiropractic, therefore, a new name was needed to help define what services we provide here. Although Dr. Richetto continues to manually adjust patients chiropractically, more focus is placed on performing therapies that address the discs and soft tissues of the spine such as decompression and Laser therapies.

In addition, Tempe Spine & Disc has developed close relationships with nearby Physiatrists, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy offices to refer patients if needed.

The Cardiovascular Institute of Arizona (CVA):

Dr. Richetto has developed a close relationship with CVA in treating their staff and Medical Director. Dr. Richetto also works part time at the CVA Mesa location.

  • Veterans Administration Tri-Care (for VAs only, spouses do not apply)
  • Most other major insurance PPO plans (restrictions apply)

All modalities and treatments covered include but are not limited to:

  • Chiropractic Manipulation
  • Physiotherapy

  • Medical Massage Therapy (½ or 1 Hour)
  • Digital X-Rays and Radiographic Interpretation
